About Reserve Plus
Reserve fund management, reinvented.
Technology has changed how we live — so why hasn't the way we manage reserve funds? Reserve Plus was founded on the premise that condominium owners have been underserved for too long.
Our approach
People, process, and technology.
A unique approach focused on using technology to better understand a condominium's condition and financial future.
Innovate
As technologies and trends shift, we improve and build on our methodology — constantly adjusting from research and ideation to implementation and ongoing assessment.
Collaborative
We work closely with our clients to deliver a final product that fits their goals while maintaining the integrity of the study and ensuring the reserve fund is adequately funded.
Professional
Our in-house team is made up of accomplished professionals. We rely on one another to share best practices, inform production decisions, and lend perspective for a more complete vision.

By the numbers
Studies we have actually delivered.
These figures come straight from our own records and update themselves — not from a slide nobody has revisited in three years.
Where we work
Five provinces, one standard.
Reserve Plus writes reserve fund studies for condominium corporations in Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba, Ontario reserve fund studies under the Condominium Act, and British Columbia depreciation reports under the Strata Property Act. The legislation differs in each; the method, the software and the 30-day first draft do not.
Every study is authored by engineers and bundled with myRPlanner for the full five-year term, so the plan a board approves stays a living financial model rather than a PDF that ages on a shelf.
